Most teams have ChatGPT, Claude or Microsoft Copilot sitting unused, or used by one or two people who figured it out on their own. We start with the tools your staff already have logins for and show the rest of the team how to use them for the work in front of them, not generic demos.
What's safe to type into an AI tool, and what isn't
Before anyone builds a habit, they need to know the line: what can go into a prompt, and what has to stay out because of client data, contracts or compliance. We walk through this with your team's actual work, not a generic policy handout.
Prompts that work for your team's actual tasks
We work through real examples from your staff's day: drafting, summarizing, first-pass research, cleaning up a document. Each person leaves having done it themselves, not watched someone else do it.
Questions, live, in the room
The session ends open: staff bring what's confusing them about AI at work and we answer it on the spot, tool by tool.
