Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 2026

The Short Version

We collect the minimum amount of data needed to run this website and respond when you reach out. We don’t sell your information. We don’t share it with anyone except the tools that make the site work. If you want us to delete your data, just ask.

What We Collect and Why

When You Visit the Site

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how people use this site — which pages get visited, how long people stay, and what devices they’re using. This helps us make the site better. GA4 collects:

  • Pages you visit
  • How long you stay
  • What device and browser you’re using
  • General geographic region (city-level, not your address)
  • How you got here (search, email link, direct)

GA4 uses cookies to do this. We don’t use those cookies to identify you personally or track you across other websites. Google’s privacy policy.

When You Take the AI Assessment

If you complete the quiz and provide your email to get the full report, we collect:

  • First name
  • Email address
  • Phone number (only if you choose to provide it)
  • Your quiz answers (industry, team size, tech setup, biggest time sink, AI experience)

Why:To generate your personalized report, email it to you, and follow up to see if you have questions. That’s it.

How long we keep it: Until you ask us to delete it, or until 2 years of no contact — whichever comes first. We’ll email you the report and up to 3 follow-up messages. If you don’t respond, we stop.

When You Send a Message or Book a Call

If you use the contact form, we collect:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Company (if you provide it)
  • Your message

If you book a call through Calendly, Calendly collects your name, email, and the time you selected. Calendly’s privacy policy applies. Why:So we can respond to you. We don’t add you to a marketing list.

What We Don’t Do

  • We don’t sell your data. Ever.
  • We don’t share your information with third-party advertisers.
  • We don’t send marketing emails unless you’ve specifically opted in.
  • We don’t use tracking pixels in emails (we’re an AI consulting firm, not a spam operation).
  • We don’t collect payment information through this website.

Cookies

This site uses a small number of cookies:

CookiePurposeDuration
GA4 analytics cookiesUnderstand site usage2 years (Google default)
Cookie consent preferenceRemember your cookie choice1 year

That’s the full list. No third-party ad cookies. No social media tracking pixels. No retargeting.

Third-Party Services

The site uses these services, each with their own privacy policies:

  • Google Analytics 4 — site usage data
  • Vercel — website hosting
  • Calendly — call booking
  • Resend or Formspree — form submission delivery
  • AI API (Claude or Gemini) — assessment report generation. Your quiz answers are sent to the AI to generate your report. They are not stored by the AI provider beyond the request.

Your Rights

You can:

  • See your data: Email hello@noma-tek.com and ask what we have on file. We’ll tell you.
  • Delete your data: Email hello@noma-tek.com and we’ll delete everything within 30 days.
  • Opt out of analytics: Use your browser’s cookie settings or install a GA opt-out extension.
  • Unsubscribe: Every email includes an unsubscribe link that works immediately.

If you’re in California, you have additional rights under the CCPA. The short version: we don’t sell your personal information, so the main CCPA provisions about sale of data don’t apply. But if you want to exercise any CCPA rights, email hello@noma-tek.com.
